    Ghibli Rakt\u00e1rlogisztika Kft., established in 2009, primarily focuses on warehousing and storage. Our site has over 16,000 m2, including the warehouse area and the necessary administrative and other warehousing-related activity areas (e.g., packaging, unit load formation, etc.). <\/p>\n

    We handle both domestic and international shipments in cross-dock and conventional storage systems. We provide various unique and value-added services, such as: crane-assisted loading\/unloading, storage in public customs warehouses, labeling, (re)packaging, neutralization, pre-production operations, etc. <\/p>\n

    To provide faster and more flexible service to our clients, a reliably and stably operating machinery fleet is essential, along with the acquisition and use of newer, more comfortable, efficient, and ergonomic work tools for our employees.<\/p>\n

    Our current fleet consists of a total of 21 forklifts, most of which are counterbalance forklifts, but we also use narrow-aisle high-level order pickers, reach trucks, and low-lift powered pallet trucks.<\/p>\n

    During the project implementation, we need a significant expansion of our fleet because our warehouse staff working in overlapping shifts are forced to wait for each other or work with low-lift hand pallet trucks due to the small number of machines. This significantly reduces the efficiency and speed of the work process. <\/p>\n

    We also want to expand our storage capacities by converting block storage areas into racked storage areas, which necessitates the acquisition of new specialized machines (narrow-aisle high-level order pickers or reach trucks, depending on rack design and space utilization) and racking shelves.<\/p>\n

    By expanding our IT equipment, we aim to make work organization and execution more efficient. By acquiring portable tablets for shift leaders, we can reduce their administrative tasks and facilitate immediate information flow, eliminating unnecessary waiting times and potential errors. For our warehouse staff, we also intend to replace paper-based operations by acquiring handheld scanner devices. <\/p>\n

    In addition to acquiring hardware, we also need to procure supporting software to digitize our current and future workflows.<\/p>\n

    For the planned developments, the acquisition of Wi-Fi devices with adequate signal strength in the warehouse halls is also indispensable, ensuring the seamless operation of newer data handling devices (optical scanners and shift leader tablets).<\/p>\n

    In summary, our current machinery fleet does not meet our present and anticipated future customer demands, neither in terms of quantity nor technical standard. Our company aims to implement these investments to maintain its competitiveness and adapt to customer needs. <\/p>\n

    Within the framework of this project, our goal is to expand our machinery fleet, acquire specialized forklifts, and convert some of our block storage areas into racked storage areas, which will multiply our storage capacity. Following this investment, we will be able to introduce new services and cater to specific customer needs (e.g., serving e-commerce clients). <\/p>\n

    By increasing our equipment fleet, we would also proportionally increase our workforce, thereby guaranteeing significant technological development and employment.<\/p>\n

    The acquisition of new equipment can automatically increase employee satisfaction and morale (proportionally reducing turnover), which in turn leads to an improvement in work quality, increased revenue and profit. Thus, our medium-term plans also include expanding our client base, wages, and headcount.<\/p>\n
