Ghibli, which has been in business for more than 25 years, provides complex logistic services to its customers. We deliver to the whole territory of Europe, besides that we also undertake inland tasks. In overseas relation we are China specialist, but we deliver your goods on the whole world.
We provide complex logistic service, so your goods are in safe hands, your transporting and warehousing tasks are going to be in one hand.
Our ISO 9001 and ISO14001 qualifications guarantees our services’ high standards. Our company has a public customs warehouse and full AEO authorisation, so we provide simplified customs procedures and full customs clearance for our customers.
Our goal is to contribute to the business success of our customers, supporting the secure and tailored operations of their supply chain with unique services.
We established our company in 1996, so that we are on the market for more than 20 years. In the beginning we carried out international transports with 1-2 vehicles. Later we continuously increased and upgraded our fleet of vehicles to meet our customer needs. This is how the fleet of more than 100 cars, 300 contracting and 1200 qualified subcontracting partner network evolved.
Our wholly owned premises are located at 2 Petróleum Street, Csepel. Also warehouse with 16.500 sqm is available here. Besides that we have a 13.000 sqm warehouse in the area of Budapest Dock Freeport Logistics and Industrial Park, a 5000 sqm at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport in BUD Cargo City in addition a 20000 sqm warehouse in the area of the CTPark Vecsés.

We are delivering your goods to any points of Europe up to 72 hours, furthermore we also undertake inland tasks.

We are the only Hungarian members of two worldwide network, which brings together similar sized companies to Ghibli. Through these networks we can deliver to any destinations worldwide.

About offer request, offer giving
On the ghibli.hu site by clicking on the offer request you can choose the requested service, than all you have to do is entering the data for the delivery and we make our transport offer in the shortest possible time. Via email we are looking forward to your contact about offer request by the arajanlat@ghibli.hu email address. After sending the offer request, our colleagues get in touch with you via phone, or e-mail.
Any time, but our Colleagues can process the incoming offer requests on workdays from 08:00 to 16:30. After the offer requests sent electronical our colleagues will get in touch with you in the shortest possible time.
At the order, we ask to always enter the volume, the size and the weight of the packaging, these are essential information for us in order to send you the offer faster.
Size: length x width x height given in cm. In case of cylindrical shape or bundled goods: diameter x length given in cm (EUR pallet size: 120 x 80 cm). Weight: gross weight in all cases. In the case of customs clearance please enter net weight too.
Shipments must be packaged according to their nature (e.g. corrugated cardboard, cardboard, cardboard boxes, nylon films, crates), and proper packaging is always the responsibility of the sender. If the goods are not palletised, it is important for us to know what they are packed in and how to handle and load them.
If you have provided us with the necessary information, we will get in contact with the Sender or the Consignee and inform you of the pick-up or the drop-off.
All you have to do is acknowledge the information we have given you and we will take all the burden off of your shoulder. In case you have not been in contact with us before, you need to fill a one-off payment form.

There are not two same deliveries, we strive to meet the individual needs of our customers, which is why we do not work with a price scale, we provide personalised offer.
About the delivery, the goods to be delivered and services
Our companies own fleet exceeds 100 vehicles, and we work with 300 subcontracted and 1200 qualified subcontracting partners. Our fleet consists mainly of Euro-6 trucks with an average age of 3 years.
Yes. For optimal transport solutions, it is essential to use IT as widely as possible.
In addition we have developed our GiTa application for our domestic shipments, which allows you to track your goods, free of charge with a single click.
We transport special and oversized goods, both domestically and internationally.
We can provide the delivery note electronically or by post according to our customers’ needs. With the help of the GiTa application the waybill can be instantly returned: the driver takes a photo of the delivery note on the spot and upload it to the application, which can then be accessed and downloaded online immediately. In the event of discrepancies or damage, a picture and a report can be taken on the spot and immediately displayed online in the app.
Our company has public customs warehouse and full AEO authorisation, so we provide simplified customs procedures and full customs clearance for our customers.
You can settle your account by bank transfer.
About the insurance of the goods
Our group and the subcontractors we employ also have liability insurance, which can cover you in the event of damage or shortages. The extent of this cover is regulated internationally.
CMR agreement (for international road transport): 8,33 SDR*/gross kg
Warsaw Convention (for air traffic): 16,67 SDR*/gross kg
Hague-Visby Rules 8for maritime traffic): 2 SDR*/ gross kg
*SDR: The SDR is an artificially created currency. 8,33 SDR is equivalent to approximately 9-10 EUR, or about 3000 HUF/gross kg, depending on world currency movements.
In this case it is possible to take out separate cargo insurance before the shipment starts. We also recommend this for high-value goods. Our one-way cargo insurance may include a 10% excess.
Ghibli has a carriers’ liability insurance with an unusually high limit of EUR 1 000 000 per year compared to Hungarian practice.
