Our Company History

1996

Establishment of Ghibli, primarily focusing on shipments to Italy.

1999

Due to rapid employee growth, we implemented organizational restructuring.

2000

Development of our own vehicle fleet began.

2004

We began expanding our warehousing activities.

2008

We provided services on 12,000 square meters.

2009

We moved to our current headquarters within the Csepel Free Port area, where a 1,300 square meter office and 15,000 square meter warehouse area, capable of meeting all demands, became available.

2013

Following the entry of the CECZ Group, we integrated air, sea, and rail freight forwarding into our portfolio.

2018

Our first direct train arrived from Xi’an, China. Our warehouse capacity in the free port area expanded by an additional 15,000 square meters.

2020

Our warehouse capacity expanded by an additional 5,000 square meters at Liszt Ferenc International Airport, in the Bud Cargo City area, where we handle customs clearance for tens of thousands of goods daily.

2021

We expanded our warehouse capacity by an additional 20,000 square meters in Vecsés, in the ctPark area, thanks to which we now provide warehouse logistics services on over 55,000 square meters.

2022

Our new logistics warehouse base and office center opened at Debrecen International Airport. As a result, we are now present at 7 locations nationwide.

2025

We opened our Szeged office. In Debrecen, we expanded our capacities with a unique 22,000 m² logistics center in the region. The first direct Koper-Debrecen freight train reached its destination under our organization.
