Our company was founded in 1996, meaning we have been present in the market for over 25 years. Initially, we handled international transports with 1-2 vehicles. To meet increased customer demands, we continuously expanded and modernized our fleet. This has resulted in our current fleet of over 100 vehicles, supported by a network of 300 contracted and 1200 qualified subcontractor partners.

Our own premises are located at Petróleum utca 2, Csepel, where 16,500 m² of warehouse space is available. Additionally, we have a 13,000 m² warehouse in the Budapest Dock Free Port Logistics and Industrial Park, a 5,000 m² warehouse at Liszt Ferenc International Airport in BUD Cargo City, and a 20,000 m² warehouse in CTPark Vecsés.

We provide comprehensive logistics services, including international, domestic, and overseas freight forwarding, as well as warehouse logistics, full customs administration, and logistics consulting.

We deliver your goods to any country in Europe within a maximum of 72 hours, and we also handle domestic shipments. We can provide customized transport vehicles and transit times tailored to our clients’ needs. We are also the exclusive Hungarian members of two global networks comprising companies of similar size to Ghibli. Through these networks, we deliver our clients’ goods to any point in the world.

On the ghibli.hu website, you can select the desired service by clicking the “Request a Quote” button. Then, simply provide the necessary shipping details, and we will prepare our freight forwarding offer as quickly as possible. After submitting your quote request, our colleagues will contact you by phone or email.

Our colleagues are available to receive incoming quote requests on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. For electronic quote requests, our colleagues will contact you as soon as possible.

When placing an order, please always provide the quantity, dimensions, and weight of the package. This information is essential for us to provide a faster quote.
Dimensions: length x width x height in cm. For cylindrical or bundled goods: diameter x length in centimeters (Euro pallet size: 120 x 80 cm).
Weight: always provide the gross weight. For customs clearance, please also indicate the net weight.

Shipments must be packaged according to their nature (e.g., corrugated cardboard, cardboard box, plastic film, crate). Proper packaging is always the responsibility of the sender. If the goods are not palletized, it is important for us to know how they are packaged and how they can be handled and loaded.

Once you have provided the necessary data, we will contact the Sender or Consignee and inform you about the pickup and delivery of the goods.
You simply need to acknowledge the information we provide; we will handle everything else.
If you have not previously done business with our company, you will need to complete a one-time payment form.

No two shipments are alike. We strive to meet the unique needs of our clients, which is why we do not use a fixed price list but provide customized quotes.

Yes. For optimal freight forwarding solutions, it is essential to utilize the opportunities provided by IT as widely as possible.
Furthermore, for our domestic shipments, we have developed our Gita application, which allows you to track the journey of your goods free of charge with a single click.

We undertake the transport of special and oversized goods, both domestically and internationally.

According to our clients’ needs, we can send the delivery note electronically or by post.
With the help of the GiTa application, the delivery note can be immediately processed: the driver photographs the delivery note on-site and uploads it to the application, making it instantly available online for download.
In case of discrepancies or damage, a photo and a report can also be created on-site, which also immediately appear on the application’s online interface.

Our company operates a public customs warehouse and holds a full AEO authorization, allowing us to provide simplified customs procedures and comprehensive customs administration for our clients.

You can settle your invoice by bank transfer.

Our company group and our subcontractors all have liability insurance, which can provide coverage in case of potential damage or loss. The extent of this is regulated internationally.
CMR Convention (for international road transport): 8.33 SDR* / gross kg
Warsaw Convention (for air transport): 16.67 SDR* / gross kg
Hague-Visby Rules (for sea transport): 2 SDR* / gross kg
*SDR: The SDR is an artificially created currency. 8.33 SDR – depending on global currency movements – corresponds to approximately 9-10 EUR, or about 3000 HUF/gross kg.

In this case, it is possible to take out separate cargo insurance before the shipment departs. For high-value goods, we specifically recommend this. Our single-trip cargo insurance can also include a 10% over-insurance.

The Ghibli Group has freight forwarder’s liability insurance with an unusually high upper limit of 1,000,000 EUR per year compared to standard Hungarian practice.
